Samsung Galaxy S25+ specifications

The Samsung Galaxy S25+ is now official. We’ve already covered its initial launch, as it arrived alongside its two siblings, the Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25 Ultra. In this article, we’ll take a closer look at the Samsung Galaxy S25+ specifications.

The Samsung Galaxy S25+ has very similar specifications to the vanilla model

This phone has very similar specs to the vanilla model. It is, however, larger, and has a higher battery capacity, larger display, and so on. It does look exactly like a larger variant of the Galaxy S25, though.

The Galaxy S25+ features a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display. It has a WQHD+ (3120 x 1440) resolution, and it’s a flat panel. The refresh rate here is adaptive up to 120Hz, and the display is protected by the Gorilla Armor. The peak brightness the phone can offer is 2,600 nits.

Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chip fuels this phone. That is a slightly overclocked variant of the Snapdragon 8 Elite, the company’s most powerful chip at the moment. It’s a 3nm processor.

You’re getting 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM here, and 45W wired charging

Samsung placed 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM inside of the device. The company combines that with either 256GB or 512GB of UFS 4.0 flash storage, depending on which model you opt for. Do note that the storage is not expandable, though.

There is a 4,900mAh battery included on the inside. The phone supports 45W wired charging, along with 15W wireless charging, and reverse wireless charging. One thing to note is that the charger is not included in the package.

Android 15 comes pre-installed on the device, along with One UI 7. Samsung promises 7 years of software support for the Galaxy S25+. Bluetooth 5.3 is a part of the package, as is Wi-Fi 7. There are two SIM card slots here, along with eSIM support. Stereo speakers are also a part of the package.

It has a familiar camera setup

A 50-megapixel main camera (1/1.56-inch sensor, OIS) sits on the back of the phone. There is also a 12-megapixel ultrawide unit (f/2.2 aperture, 120-degree FoV), and a 10-megapixel telephoto camera (OIS, f/2.4 aperture). On the front, you’ll find a 12-megapixel selfie snapper.

The Samsung Galaxy S25+ measures 158.4 x 75.8 x 7.3mm and weighs 190 grams. The Galaxy S25+ comes in Icyblue, Mint, Navy, and Silver Shadow color variants. Those are the phone’s standard colors which will be widely available. The Samsung Store exclusive colors are Blueblack, Coralred, and Pinkgold.
