Exclusive: Galaxy S25 Promo Video shows Improved Nightography, Audio Eraser & more

The Samsung Galaxy S25 series is right around the corner. The company will announce its new flagships on January 22. As we’re waiting for that to happen, we managed to get our hands on the Galaxy S25 promo video which shows us improved ‘Nightography’, audio eraser, and much more than that.

The Samsung Galaxy S25 series promo video focuses on One UI 7 features

The video in question is embedded below this paragraph. It has a duration of around a minute and a half, and there’s plenty to see here. At the very beginning, you can see the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, which is used throughout the video.

One UI 7 is shown on the device, various different parts of it. Samsung used the ‘Start the day smarter’ caption at the very beginning, right after the ‘Galaxy AI’ branding rolled out. From the lock screen, in the morning, you’ll be able to access various info as part of the ‘Now Brief’ feature. Info such as your sleeping info, weather, and so on.

Improved Nightography video is demonstrated here

The Google Gemini assistant is in huge focus here too, as it’s baked into Galaxy AI. It’s actually shown in action on the Galaxy S25 Ultra here. From there, the company pivots to some video recording improvements.

Samsung will roll out improved Night Video capabilities on the Galaxy S25 series, and you do get a demonstration here. You can see a video recording without Nightography improvements, and with them. The difference is night and day.

See the ‘Audio Eraser’ in action

The company also mentions and demonstrates ‘Audio Eraser’ here. A feature that Google kind of popularized on its Pixel smartphones. It allows you to remove unwanted sounds from your video recordings.

That is also the last feature that is demonstrated here. At the very end of the video, you can see the Galaxy S25 family in a single shot… well, some parts of all phones, that is.

Four devices are seemingly shown at the very end, but no… the Galaxy S25 Slim is not one of them

There are, once again, four devices shown here. Three show their backplates, while the fourth one shows its front side. Many of you would say that this is the Galaxy S25 Slim… well, it probably is not.

How can we be sure? Well, we cannot see the bottom-left corner, so we don’t see if the S Pen is there or not. However, the position of the bottom-firing speaker kind of suggests this is the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, but shown from the front.

That phone has a loudspeaker on the left side of the Type-C port (including the ‘Slim’, while it’s the other way around on all the other phones. So… there’s no Galaxy S25 Slim here. As a reminder, the Galaxy S25 series will launch on January 22.
