With a lot of workspaces and academic spaces continuing to upgrade their hardware to meet user demand, we’ve seen a lot of companies innovate some pretty impressive hardware for use in the classroom, office, and more. That being said, Logitech recently announced its new Rally Camera Streamline Kit, which it describes as a “comprehensive USB Pan Tilt Zoom video solution.”
The kit is built around Logitech’s Rally Camera, which already comes with PTZ functionality and streamlines it for a bit more versatility in different usage scenarios for varying users and audiences. Logitech says that it’s bult the kit with a user-friendly design in mind, with controls that allow for instant switching between different camera views, reducing technical distractions for presenters, technicians and audiences.
The kit also allows the camera to be powered and connected as far as 100 meters away from USB-based AV equipment with just a single category cable. There’s also compatibility with different mounting options for wall installations and tripods to name a couple. It also works with a wide variety of different operating systems and video software.
The Logitech Rally Camera Streamline Kit includes the Rally Camera itself, the Extension Kit, both wall and inverted mounts and three preset buttons. It will be open for pre-orders spring 2025 at $2199.
